Swim Team Volunteer Requirement*

I acknowledge that by registering my child for the Mountain Springs Swim Team there is an obligation to volunteer for all dual meets and City Meet. Signups for volunteer roles will be sent at a later date.

Payment Information

Swim team registration payments can be processed with the swim team payments form located in the Stingrays Swim Team section of Membersplash. You can also pay for your swim team fees when paying for your membership dues.

Once all of your registration forms are completed please pay for all registered swimmers at one time.
